Established mobile sharpening service in Fresno looking for someone to represent Mr. Sharpe on a part time basis.
We visit commercial kitchens during the week and sharpen knives and tools in these kitchens. We sharpen everything on site, then bring them their things back the same day, 60 minutes is the average stop. Saturday is dedicated to sharpening knives, scissors, tools at a local farmers market. These customer are home owners and sometimes chefs.
Working in Fresno, No. Fresno, and Clovis area. Route is currently 5 days out of the month. Generally we sharpen at commercial clients on the 3rd Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri. Saturday is a farmers market where we sharpening direct consumers knives and tools. In total it's about 30 - 35 hours per month, hours per day varies.
What you need; A drivers license & clean driving record, mechanically inclined, enjoys fixings things, drug free, interested in business, entrepreneurial spirited. Bi-lingual a huge plus.
